TENTATIVE RULING:

Motion to Be Relieved as Counsel of Record.

Attorney Gerardo Moreno Jr., moves to be relieved as counsel of record for Plaintiff Javier Diaz Rivera. For the following reasons, the motion is GRANTED.

The court has reviewed the materials submitted by Moving Counsel Moreno and finds that counsel has complied with the requirements of Rule 3.1362.
