TENTATIVE RULING:

Demurrer to Cross-Complaint.

Cross-Defendant Hiscox, Inc. demurs to the cross-complaint filed by Sophie Bertet, Joel Bertet, and Bertet Investment Group, LLC dba Maison Bertet.  On March 17, 2023, however, Cross-Complainants filed a dismissal of their cross-complaint.  Thus, the demurrer has been rendered moot by the dismissal and, for that reason, the demurrer is TAKEN OFF CALENDAR.
