TENTATIVE RULING:

The unopposed applications to appear as counsel pro hac vice for Plaintiff are conditionally granted on the condition that Applicants file a proof of service establishing that the State Bar of California has been served with the applications and has received a $50.00 payment for each application.  (See Cal. Rules of Court, rule 9.40(c)(1), (e).)   Applicants are ordered to do so within 10 days.

Plaintiff shall give notice.
