TENTATIVE RULING:

Motions to Compel.

Plaintiff the Estate of Frances Marsh moves to compel Defendant Chicago Title Insurance Company to provide supplemental responses to the first set of form interrogatories, requests for admission, and requests for production of documents.  For the following reasons, the motion is CONTINUED to 9/14/22.

Plaintiff’s separate statements (along with the rest of the moving papers) are not in a text-searchable format, which is required by CRC 8.74(a).  Thus, copying, inserting, and including in a tentative ruling the discovery requests and responses at issue is unmanageable for the court.  The matter is continued to 9/14/22, and Plaintiff is ordered to file separate statements in compliance with CRC 8.74(a) at least 7 court days before that hearing.
