TENTATIVE RULING:

Motion to Tax Costs.

Plaintiffs Douglas Woods and April Yoakum move to tax the memorandum of costs filed by Defendant State Farm General Insurance Company on June 15, 2023.  On August 16, 2023, Defendant filed a notice of withdrawal of the June 15, 2023, memorandum of costs.  (ROA 191.)  Therefore, this motion is DENIED as moot in light of Defendant’s notice of withdrawal of the memorandum of costs.
