BACKGROUND

The complaint in this Song-Beverly Warranty Act case was filed on April 20, 2021. Defendant has objected to some of the questions in Plaintiff’s Notice of Deposition of Person Most Knowledgeable as being overly broad or burdensome, but Defendant has agreed to produce some of the requested documents. Further, Defendant indicates that it does not object to the deposition of its PMK; rather, the parties have been unable to find a mutually agreed upon date for the deposition.

This motion was filed on December 6, 2022. Defendant’s opposition was filed on January 27, 2023. Plaintiff filed his reply on February 2, 2023.

            The Court has reviewed the documents filed related to this motion.  The Court will not decide the motion on the merits at this time.  An Informal Discovery Conference will be scheduled regarding Defendant’s objections and finding a date for the deposition.
