Plaintiff KB Visions Foundation’s Notice of Related Case

Plaintiff KB Visions Foundation filed a notice of related case for this case and two others: (1) HAPI Foundation, et al. v. KB Vision Foundation, et al., No. 22STCV19089; and (2) KB Visions Foundation v. HAPI Foundation, et al., No. 22STCV21682.

The three cases are related.  They each involve disputes over the entity Normandie Lofts Ktown, LLC, which owns real property at 167 S. Normandie, Los Angeles, CA 90004.  The first action (which was voluntarily dismissed) and the third action are identical shareholder derivative actions on behalf of nominal defendant Normandie Lofts Ktown, LLC.  The second action is a complaint for judicial dissolution of Normandie Lofts Ktown, LLC.

The court finds the three cases are related.

HAPI Foundation, et al. v. KB Vision Foundation, et al., No. 22STCV19089 and KB Visions Foundation v. HAPI Foundation, et al., No. 22STCV21682 are hereby reassigned to Department 52 at Stanley Mosk Courthouse.
