This action was filed by Plaintiff Gregory Wong on December 30, 2021.  There were a number of defendants identified in the Complaint.  The action has been resolved in this court as to all named defendants with the exception of Dr. Kin C. Wong.  There has been no service of the summons and complaint on Dr. Kin C. Wong.

This Court set this hearing for an order to show cause re the failure to serve Dr. Wong.  The Court desires to learn from Plaintiff the status of service on Dr. Wong, and whether Plaintiff intends to continue to assert a claim against Dr. Kin C. Wong.
