Demurrer to Complaint

The Complaint-Unlawful Detainer was filed by plaintiff Peter Simpson, an individual, on August 11, 2023.  It identified the defendants as Charles Borom, an individual; Belle Art Custom Framing; Impact International, a California Corporation; and DOES 1 TO 10.

On August 22, 2023 Defendant Day-O Graphics, Inc., erroneously sued as Impact International, a California corporation, filed its demurrer to the Complaint. The matter was scheduled for hearing on September 14, 2023.  On August 31, 2023 Plaintiff Peter Simpson, trustee of the Donald K. Polgrean Trust dated November 26, 2007 filed a First Amended Complaint.

In light of the filing of the First Amended Complaint, the Demurrer is taken OFF CALENDAR.
