Motion to be Relieved as Counsel

Vitoil Corporation vs. Stepan Martirosian, et al.; BC714014

Moving Party: Counsel for Defendants Stepan Martirosian and MENA LLC

Motion to be Relieved as Counsel

Armen G. Mitilian of Mitilian Law Group, APLC, counsel of record for the above named Defendants, seeks to be relieved as counsel for those parties. Counsel filed a motion with the required Forms MC-051, MC-052, and MC-053. Counsel’s declaration indicates that there has been a complete breakdown in the attorney-client relationship that prevents and precludes counsel from competently, properly, and completely representing the Defendants in this action.

Absent a showing of resulting prejudice, an attorney’s request for withdrawal should be granted. (People v. Prince (1968) 268 Cal.App.2d 398, 406.) Counsel’s motion complies with California Rules of Court, Rule 3.1362 and meets its requirements.

The motion is granted for Defendant Stepan Martirosian and MENA LLC.

Moving party to give notice.
