Plaintiff WCO Spectrum, LLC’s Separate Statement fails to comply with Cal. R. Ct. 3.1350(d)(3). Under that rule, a separate statement must state undisputed material facts, including “reference to the¿exhibit, title, page and line numbers.” This rule is designed to aid the Court in quickly identifying the evidence supporting each alleged undisputed material fact. Plaintiff’s Separate Statement fails to identify the exhibit numbers supporting each of its claimed undisputed material facts.
Accordingly, the Court DENIES WITHOUT PREJUDICE Plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment or in the alternative, for summary adjudication.
