This hearing is on Plaintiffs J. Scott Runia and Melody Hagedorn’s motions to compel Defendant Suren Khandanyan’s further responses to form interrogatories, requests for production of documents and requests for admissions.    

This Department’s rules require that for a motion to compel further, the moving party must file a joint statement consisting of four columns: the first column will identify the number of the discovery request; the second, the text of the discovery request; the third, the text of the response, and the fourth, brief bullet-point statements, one from each party as to why a further response should or should not be compelled.¿ No joint statement was filed.   

Accordingly, the motions fail to comply with this Department’s rules, and the Court, therefore, denies without prejudice Plaintiffs’ motions to compel.  ¿¿¿
