The parties’ Joint Ex Parte Application To Consolidate Hearings For Identical Motion In Three Separate Related Cases is GRANTED.  Defendants’ Motions for Order on Application for Withdrawal of Funds on Deposit filed in 21STCV06062, 21STCV06064, and 21STCV06065 shall all be consolidated for hearing on April 18, 2023 at 8:30 am.  Opposition and reply papers must be filed and served per Code of Civil Procedure section 1005(b).

The Court is hereby strongly considering consolidating the trial of the three related actions 21STCV06062, 21STCV06064, and 21STCV06065. The Court hereby sets an OSC re consolidation of the trial of the three related actions (21STCV06062, 21STCV06064, and 21STCV06065). The OSC is set for April 18, 2023 at 8:30 am.  Any opposition to or support for consolidation of the trial of the three related actions must be filed and served by April 12, 2023.

Any party who opposes consolidating the trial of the three related actions 21STCV06062, 21STCV06064, and 21STCV06065 must file a written opposition prior by April 12, 2023 and must also appear on April 18, 2023 at 8:30 am and show cause why the three related actions 21STCV06062, 21STCV06064, and 21STCV06065 should not be consolidated.
