Plaintiff Public Health and Safety Advocates, LLC’s motions to compel Defendant Hite USA, Inc. dba Sho International’s initial responses to Special Interrogatories, Set One, and Request for Production of Documents, Set One are GRANTED.  All objections are deemed waived. 

Defendant Hite USA, Inc. dba Sho International is ordered to serve verified, code compliant responses, without objections, to Special Interrogatories, Set One within five (5) days of notice of this order.

Defendant Hite USA, Inc. dba Sho International is ordered to serve verified, code compliant responses, without objections, to Requests for Production, Set One, within five (5) days and to produce all responsive documents within five (5) days of notice of this order.

Plaintiff’s request for sanctions is GRANTED in the collective amount of $2,920.00 for both motions to compel.  Defendant Hite USA, Inc. dba Sho International and its attorney of record, LPL Lawyers, jointly and severally, are ordered to pay sanctions to Plaintiff Public Health and Safety Advocates, LLC, by and through counsel of record, in the amount of $2,920.00, within 30 days of notice of this order.
