If the arbitrator issues an award prior to the continued status conference, the parties should file and serve a timely petition to confirm, modify or vacate the arbitration award to be heard on a date reserved on the online Court Reservation System (CRS) prior to the continued status conference.  The parties need not wait for the continued status conference to file such a petition to confirm, modify or vacate the arbitration award.
