Management’s motion

for Admissions, Set One are deemed admitted by Plaintiff Doshanay Boochee and
are conclusively established against Plaintiff Doshanay Boochee for all
purposes in this action pursuant to C.C.P. § 2033.280(b) and C.C.P. § 2033.410.
Plaintiff Doshanay Boochee and her
attorneys of record, Bradley G. Hayes and Mattthew P. Malczynski, jointly and
