Defendant Remco Property Management’s motions to compel Plaintiff’s responses to Form Interrogatories, Set One, Special Interrogatories, Set One, and Request for Production, Set One are GRANTED.  All objections are deemed waived.

Plaintiff Doshanay Boochee is ordered to serve verified, code compliant responses, without objections, to Requests for Production, Set One, within 20 days and to produce all responsive documents within 30 days of notice of this order.

 

 

Defendant Remco Property Management’s motion for an order deeming the Requests for Admissions, Set One admitted is granted pursuant to CCP §2033.280.  The truth of those matters specified in Defendant Remco Property Management’s Requests for Admissions, Set One are deemed admitted by Plaintiff Doshanay Boochee and are conclusively established against Plaintiff Doshanay Boochee for all purposes in this action pursuant to C.C.P. § 2033.280(b) and C.C.P. § 2033.410.

 

Plaintiff Doshanay Boochee and her attorneys of record, Bradley G. Hayes and Mattthew P. Malczynski, jointly and severally are ordered to pay sanctions to Defendant Remco Property Management, by and through counsel, in the amount of $1,830.00, within 30 days of notice of this order.
