Case Number: 21STCV45333 Hearing Date: April 6, 2023 Dept: 26
The proposed order on form MC-053 must

upcoming hearings, which must all be listed in the revised proposed order
(MC-053) for each Client:

In item 7 (next scheduled hearing): “Defendant’s
Motion for Summary Judgment set for June 1,
2023 at 8:30 am at 111 N. Hill Street, Dept. 26, L.A., CA 90012. Defendant's motion for summary judgment is
fully briefed and has already been continued twice. The Court is highly disinclined to further
continue Defendant's motion for summary judgment beyond 6/1/23 absent
compelling cause. Plaintiffs’ failure to appear at the 6/1/23 hearing will be
deemed a waiver of Plaintiffs’ appearance, and the Court will proceed with
hearing Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment in Plaintiffs’ absence..”;

2023 at 8:30 am at 111 N. Hill Street, Dept. 26, L.A., CA 90012”
