On August 1, 2022, the Court issued a minute order noting that Petitioner has failed to complete all necessary forms, including a NC-110. In addition, the August 1, 2022 minute order noted that the hand printing on the petition and proposed decree is very difficult to read. The Court continued the OSC and hearing on the petition to August 22, 2022 at 9:30 am in order to allow Petitioner to re-file an amended petition and proposed decree that are both more legible, and the Court also required Petitioner to file a properly completed, legible NC-110.  The Court warned that failure to do so would result in denial and dismissal of the instant petition without prejudice.  Petitioner has failed to correct any of the defects noted in the August 1, 2022 order.  Accordingly, the petition is denied and dismissed without prejudice.  Petitioner may file a new petition and properly completed NC-110.
