The criminal history assessment that the Probation Office has run through CLETS reveals that Petitioner has an active outstanding warrant: “Petitioner has an arrest warrant $2,731 CS#A234840”

Petitioner was notified that he must clear the outstanding bench warrant and file evidence of such before the Court will rule on the petition for name change before February 6, 2023.  However, Petitioner failed to do so or request an extension.  Accordingly, the petition is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE for Petitioner to file a new petition after resolving the outstanding bench warrant.
