Petitioner has submitted a proposed decree that is illegible and difficult to read.  The petition is continued to March 13, 2023.  No later than 10 days prior to the continued hearing, Petitioner must file a new proposed decree that must be either typed or neatly printed so that there is clarity as to the new name. The Court’s Judicial Assistant is to give notice. No proof of publication has been filed.  Petitioner must file proof of publication no later than one week before the continued hearing date.  Failure to do so will result in denial and dismissal of the petition without prejudice.
