On June 22, 2023, the parties stipulated to stay the entire action, including discovery, pending the Supreme Court’s ruling in RODRIGUEZ v. FCA US S274625.  Per the Supreme Court’s docket, the entire case has been fully briefed as of May 12, 2023 and every amicus brief has been filed as of August 23, 2023.  

The action remains stayed in its entirety pursuant to the parties' stipulation.

Plaintiff's pending motion to compel Defendant's further responses to requests for production, Set Two, is continued to June 25, 2024 at 8:30 am.

The Court Clerk shall give notice to all parties.
