On February 1, 2024, Counsel for the parties participated in an informal discovery conference with the Court, at the conclusion of which the parties agreed as follows:

No later than February 23, 2024, all Defendants will each voluntarily supplement their responses to Plaintiff’s form interrogatories (set one), special interrogatories (set one), and Requests for Production (set one); Defendants Yi Chi Shi and Sue Jane Liu Shi will each voluntarily supplement their responses to Plaintiff’s requests for admissions (set one).

Plaintiff’s deadline to file any motion to compel further responses to the above written discovery is extended to  April 8, 2024.

Plaintiff’s PMK will be available for deposition on March 5, 8, and 14.  Defendants will notice Plaintiff’s PMK’s deposition for one of those dates.

The parties will meet and confer and submit a further stipulation to continue the trial, setting forth a detailed discovery plan.

The parties entered into these stipulations in open Court.  Prior to finalizing this minute order, the Court posted this minute order on the Court’s online tentative ruling website, and all Counsel agreed to the accuracy of this minute order in reflecting the parties’ stipulations.
