The Court has signed the JOINT STIPULATION AND ORDER TO SUBMIT INDIVIDUAL CLAIMS TO ARBITRATION AND TO STAY ACTION as follows:

GOOD CAUSE APPEARING, the Court hereby adopts the above Joint Stipulation and orders the following:
1. The individual PAGA claims shall be submitted to arbitration;
2. The action is stayed pending completion of the arbitration.
The Court further orders a Status Conference Regarding Arbitration in this matter for September 4, 2024 at 8:30 a.m. in Department 26 of the above-entitled Court.
