Plaintiff’s Ex Parte Application to Set and OSC re Contempt is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.  As set forth in this court’s General Order, a motion will be heard only on the hearing date that the moving party reserves through the Court Reservation System on the court’s website at www.lacourt.org.  Plaintiff has already reserved a hearing date on CRS of May 22, 2023 for its motion for an Order to Show Cause Re: Contempt.  Plaintiff has failed to make any showing of irreparable harm, immediate danger, or any other statutory basis for granting relief on an ex parte basis.  CRC § 3.1202(c).
