The petition is continued on the ground that Petitioner has failed to file proof of service on the other parent, or declaration as to why such service could not be made.  Petitioner must file proof of service on the other parent or a declaration as to why such service could not be made ten days before the continued hearing date. 

The petition is CONTINUED to May 22, 2023, at 9:00 am on the additional grounds that no proof of publication has been filed.  Petitioner must file proof of publication no later than one week before the continued hearing date.  Failure to do so will result in denial and dismissal of the petition without prejudice.
