The petition is denied on the ground that no proof of publication has been filed.  The Court has already continued the hearing once to allow Petitioner additional time to file proof of publication, but Petitioner has nonetheless failed to file proof of publication. 

In addition, as previously noted, the criminal history assessment that the Probation Office has run through CLETS reveals that Petitioner has an active outstanding warrant. The Probation Officer has noted that Petitioner has an outstanding bench warrant with bail set at $10,000.00 issued February 19, 2020, CS# LAX 6Wa27157-01.  The Court noted that Petitioner must resolve this warrant before the continued hearing date but Petitioner failed to do so.

The petition is dismissed without prejudice.  Petitioner may file a new petition and file proof of publication.  Court Clerk to give notice.
