No birth certificate has been properly filed by Petitioner. As such the Court is unable to determine whether Taylor Bradley is the parent of Petitioner.  On June 24, 2023, the Court previously continued this issue for Petitioner to file a birth certificate.  However, Petitioner has failed to do so.  Accordingly, the instant petition is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
