TENTATIVE RULING

            The Court is prepared to GRANT preliminary approval except that the parties must address the following before the Court will grant approval:

1.     Per the Parties’ Joint Stipulation and the Court’s order of January 17, 2025 - Plaintiff must  file the Second Amended Complaint as a standalone document with the Court.

If Plaintiff electronically files and serves the Second Amended Complaint as a standalone document with the Court on or before April 29, 2025, the Court will GRANT preliminary approval at the May 1, 2025 hearing.  Otherwise, Plaintiff’s motion for preliminary approval may have to be continued.
