The criminal history assessment that the Clerk’s Office has run includes only a check of California criminal history.  The Court requests that a more comprehensive criminal history be run, including criminal history databases from other states. 

The petition is continued to May 13, 2024 at 9:30 am to enable the Clerk’s Office to run a more comprehensive criminal history.
