No birth certificate has been properly filed by Petitioner.  As such the Court is unable to determine whether Alicja Ash is a parent of Petitioner.  Accordingly, the petition is CONTINUED to April 15, 2024 at 9:30 am.  Petitioner is to file the birth certificate at least one week before the continued hearing date.
