The criminal history assessment that the Clerk’s Office has run includes only a check of California criminal history.  The Court requests that a more comprehensive criminal history be run, including criminal history databases from other states. 

In addition, no proof of publication has been filed.  Petitioner must file proof of publication no later than one week before the continued hearing date.  Failure to do so will result in denial and dismissal of the petition without prejudice.
