On April 2, 2024, the Court’s minute order noted: “Petitioner has failed to provide any form of identification tied to a fingerprint on file, which is necessary for Probation/the Court to run a criminal history assessment. Petitioner must provide Probation/the Court with some form of identification verified by a fingerprint to enable Probation/the Court to run a criminal history assessment.” The Court further provided guidance on how Petitioner could work with the Court Clerk to ensure that a criminal history assessment prior to the continued hearing.
Petitioner has failed to comply with
the April 2, 2024 order. The petition is
denied on the ground that Petitioner has not submitted sufficient information
to establish Petitioner's identity, such as a social security number, driver’s
license number, identification card, birth certificate, passport, or other form
of identification. The petition is dismissed without prejudice. Petitioner may file a new petition with
sufficient information on the criminal history assessment form (LASC CIV 226)
to establish Petitioner’s identity.
