The instant petition is CONITNUED to June 24, 2024 at 9 am.  The Clerk’s Office notes in the Criminal History Assessment that Petitioner was a “Fugitive from Justice” in Virginia from what appears to be an arrest on May 23, 2016.  It is unclear whether this matter is ongoing or has resolved.  It is also unclear whether there is any active warrant from this matter.   The Court orders Petitioner to (1) file a Declaration under penalty of perjury no later than June 17, 2024 attesting to the outcome of the May 23, 2016 charge, (2) file under seal any court records that show the disposition of this charge, and (3) appear at the continued hearing on June 24, 2024 at 9 am to answer questions that the Court may have about the declaration and records.
