No birth certificate or similar document has been properly filed by Petitioner.  As such the Court is unable to determine whether John Bentjen and Michelle Bentjen are the parents of Petitioner.  Accordingly, the petition is CONTINUED to October 28, 2024 at 9:00 am.  Petitioner is to refile the birth certificate at least one week before the continued hearing date.

The petition is CONTINUED to October 28, 2024 at 9:30 am on the additional ground that no proof of publication has been filed.  Petitioner must file proof of publication no later than one week before the continued hearing date.  Failure to do so will result in denial and dismissal of the petition without prejudice.
