The petition is also CONTINUED on the additional ground that Petitioner has failed to file proof of service on the other parent, or declaration as to why such service could not be made.  The declaration filed on August 8, 2024 is insufficient in that it does not address service of the petition on the other parent, specifically, why service on the other parent cannot be made.  The petition is CONTINUED TO December 9, 2024 at 9:30 am.  No later than November 25, 2024, Petitioner must file proof of service on the other parent or a declaration as to why such service could not be made.  Otherwise the petition will be denied.
