No birth certificate has been properly filed by Petitioner.  As such the Court is unable to determine whether Sooyeon Lee and Ujune Seol are the parents of Petitioner. 

On today's date, Petitioners' Counsel walked in with a birth certificate, which Counsel must formally file with the Court. 

In addition, the father's name on the birth certificate is a different name than the father's name on the petition. The father must file a declaration and supporting documents explaining why the father's name on the birth certificate is a different name than the father's name on the petition.

Accordingly, the petition is CONTINUED to December 2, 2024 at 9:00 am.  Petitioner is to refile the birth certificate at least one week before the continued hearing date.
