The Verification Letter from Beverly Hospital makes clear that it “is not a birth certificate.”  Thus, Petitioner has failed to file a copy of a certified birth certificate.  As such the Court is unable to determine whether ELISA QUIJADA is a parent of Petitioner. 

The OSC is CONTINUED to allow Petitioner an opportunity to file a proper birth certificate.  The OSC is continued to January 27, 2025 at 9:30 am in Department 30 of the Stanley Mosk Courthouse.  Petitioner must file a copy of a proper birth certificate no later than two weeks prior to the continued OSC hearing. Failure to do so will result in the Petition being denied.
