On 12/12/24, Petitioner filed an amended decree.  The second page of the amended decree would have this Court order an update to a birth certificate issued in New York, New York.  The Court finds that it lacks authority to order any change/update to a birth certificate issued in New York. 

Accordingly, the Court will sign the original decree lodged on 10/16/24.
