On September 30, 2024, the Court granted the Parties’ Joint Stipulation to Stay of Action and Continue the Initial Status Conference.  In doing so, the Court:
(1) continued the Initial Status Conference set for October 4, 2024, to May 30, 2025; 
(2) ordered the Parties to file a Joint Initial Status Conference Statement by May 23, 2025; and
(3) stayed the Action until the Initial Status Conference on May 30, 2025.

The Parties have failed to comply with the September 30, 2024 order.  The Parties have not filed any Joint Initial Status Conference Statement.  The Parties should be prepared to (a) orally advise the Court of the outcome of the mediation, and (b) explain at the May 30, 2025 ISC why they have not filed any Joint Initial Status Conference Statement.
