              The Court is inclined to GRANT preliminary approval of the Parties’ Motion for Preliminary Approval of Class Action Settlement.  However, before the Court will do so, the Parties must address the following:

1.      Provide information regarding any Class Counsel fee splitting agreement and whether the client has given written approval.

Provided that Counsel file and serve a supplemental declaration and/or other evidence addressing the above by 9 am on April 15, 2025, the Parties’ Motion for Preliminary Approval of Class Action Settlement will be approved at the April 16, 2025 hearing.  Otherwise, the Parties’ Motion for Preliminary Approval of Class Action Settlement may have to be CONTINUED to the next available hearing date.
