The Court has reviewed the Declaration and is prepared to approve Plaintiff's request to dismiss the entire action.  However, no stipulation or proposed order has been filed.

The parties are to file the referenced Stipulation to Dismiss and Proposed Order no later than February 14, 2025.  The Court hereby sets a Non-Appearance Case Review for February 24, 2025 at 8:30 am.

The Court's Judicial Assistant shall give notice of this order to Plaintiff.  Plaintiff is ordered to give formal notice to all other parties and to file proof of service of such within 5 days of receipt of this order.
