On 10/17/25, the Court issued an Initial Status Conference Order requiring the parties to file a Joint ISC report by no later than five court days before the ISC -- by January 24, 2025.

The parties have failed to file a Joint ISC report as ordered.  On 1/30/25, Defendant filed its Initial Status Conference Class Action Response Statement.  Plaintiff has not filed any ISC report at all.

The Court once again orders the parties to meet and confer and to file a Joint ISC report in compliance with the Court's 10/17/24 Initial Status Conference Order.  Counsel for the parties must file a Joint ISC Report by no later than February 7, 2025.

In addition, Plaintiff's Counsel is ordered to file and serve a declaration by no later than February 7, 2025 explaining why Plaintiff's Counsel has failed to file any ISC report at all, in compliance with the Court's 10/17/24 Initial Status Conference Order.

The Initial Status Conference is continued to February 14, 2025 at 8:30 am.

The Court's Judicial Assistant shall give notice of this order to Plaintiff.  Plaintiff is ordered to give formal notice to all other parties and to file proof of service of such within 5 days of receipt of this order.
