On February 25, 2022, Defendants filed a memorandum of costs.  On March 11, 2022, Plaintiff filed a motion to tax costs set for hearing on September 8, 2022.  However, prior to the commencement of the hearing on September 8, 2022, Plaintiff cancelled the online Court Reservation System (CRS) reservation for the instant motion to tax costs, thereby taking the motion to tax costs off calendar.  Accordingly, the motion to tax costs is taken off calendar.
