Attorney Simran S. Tiwana moves to be relieved as counsel for Stuart Rubin. The proof of service indicates he served all parties and Rubin. Mr. Tiwana seeks to be relieved because he is moving to another law firm. Pro Hac Vice attorney Adam Handfinger will replace him has lead counsel, and local counsel will be retained within 30 days. Declaration at pg. 1. This is a valid basis for withdrawal, and since there will be no gap in representation, Mr. Rubin is unlikely to suffer prejudice if the motion is granted. There is no opposition filed.
