Cross-Defendant Helene Henderson’s Motion to be Relieved as Counsel

Mark Baute, Esq. and Baute, Crochetiere & Hartley move to be relieved as counsel for cross-defendants Stockwell and Henderson.

Counsel filed the correct judicial counsel forms – MC-051, MC-052, and MC-053 and files proof of service. The motion is procedurally proper. Counsel state there has been a lack of communication, breakdown in the attorney-client relationship and a substantial amount of fees owing. Motion, MC-051, para. 3.

This is a valid basis for counsel’s withdrawal. Cross-defendants do not oppose the motion. GRANTED.
