Plaintiff Philip Rowley’s Motion to Compel Production of Documents (UNOPPOSED)

Background/Analysis

Rowley states he served defendant Jordan James with requests for production of documents on August 29, 2022. He further alleges that despite giving James an extension of three weeks to respond, no response to the request has been produced.

James does not oppose the motion. The evidence before the court indicates that he was duly served with proper discovery requests and did not provide any responses. The court will therefore order him to respond without objection within three weeks. Rowley’s request for sanctions is denied. However, the Court will consider imposing sanctions if there is a subsequent failure to respond.
