Plaintiffs’ and Defendants’ Applications to be Admitted Pro Hac Vice (UNOPPOSED)

Joel M. Eads, a member of the Pennsylvania bar, applies to be admitted pro hac vice for defendants. William H. Gussman Jr., Andrew B. Lowy, Ronald E. Richman and Steven R. Fisher ask to be admitted pro hac vice for plaintiffs. All attorneys have submitted declarations including the required affirmations under Cal. Rule of Court rule 9.40 (d). The applications are unopposed and are GRANTED.

The court notes none of the applications includes a proof of service indicating the State Bar of California has been served at its San Francisco office, as required under rule 9.40(c). The parties are to file these proofs of service immediately.
