Plaintiffs Syed and Kundra’s Request for Entry of Default Judmgent

On July 10, 2023, plaintiffs filed this case for declaratory relief and costs of suit against defendant. Defendant defaulted on January 8, 2024. Plaintiffs now request entry of default judgment.

Plaintiffs request costs of $950.46 which is justified by the evidence. Plaintiffs request declaratory relief, with a finding that plaintiff Syed is entitled to 30% ownership and plaintiff Kundra is entitled to 35” ownership of defendant Swyft Technologies US, Inc.'s outstanding equity. Plaintiffs failed to provide any declaration or other evidence in support of this requested finding.

The matter may be continued for such evidence to be presented.
