Plaintiff Walter N. Marks’ Motion for Stipulated Judgment (UNOPPOSED)

On December 5, 2023 the parties stipulated to settle this matter with defendant J. Freund, PC agreeing to vacate plaintiff’s property by December 31, 2024 and to pay the outstanding rent due within thirty days. The stipulation included language allowing the court to retain jurisdiction under Cal. Code of Civ. Proc. §664.6.

Plaintiff Marks presents a declaration stating defendant Freund has not made the required payment. Wang decl. ¶¶1-3. The court retains jurisdiction under §664.6, and there is no opposition. Entry of judgment is proper. GRANTED.
