Motion to Enforce Settlement (UNOPPOSED)

Plaintiff Popa Roofing and defendant Engheben entered into a settlement agreement on March 5, 2013, with the court retaining jurisdiction under Code of Civ. Proc. §664.4. Engheben stopped making payments in 2020. Popa demanded payment in September 2020 and March 2021. Having receiving no response, Popa brings this unopposed motion to enforce.

Engheben failed to make payments, in breach of the settlement agreement. Shields decl. ¶¶3-5. There is no opposition to this motion.

Popa requests three hours’ of attorney time at $450 an hour. The court will award requested fees of $1,350. GRANTED.
